摘　　要：黏膜免疫系统是抵御各种抗原入侵的第一道防线,口腔受黏膜免疫系统的保护,唾液中的分泌型免疫球蛋白A(sIgA)对于保护口腔黏膜表面病原体的传播和维持口腔稳态至关重要。多聚免疫球蛋白受体(pIgR)作为一种特殊的转运蛋白,是sIgA形成和分泌的关键参与者。pIgR对口腔细菌的防御起重要作用,减少颌下腺组织中pIgR的表达将抑制sIgA向唾液中的分泌,sIgA水平的降低使细菌更易进入上皮表面导致各种疾病。本文就pIgR/sIgA在口腔疾病中的作用进行综述,以期为pIgR/sIgA在口腔局部微环境中的研究提供更多思路。The mucosal immune system is the first line of defense against all kinds of antigens.The oral cavity is protected by the mucosal immune system.The sIgA in saliva is essential to protect the transmission of oral mucosal pathogens and maintain the homeostasis of oral mucosal surface.As a special transporter protein,polymer immunoglobulin receptor(pIgR)is a key participant in the formation and secretion of sIgA.In oral mucosal immunity,pIgR plays an important role in the defense of oral bacteria.Reducing the expression of pIgR in submandibular gland will inhibit the secretion of sIgA into saliva,and lower levels of sIgA in saliva make it easier for bacteria to enter the epithelial surface,leading to a variety of diseases.This article reviews the function of pIgR/sIgA in oral diseases and its immune regulation mechanism,in order to provide more research ideas for the study of pIgR/sIgA in oral microenvironment.
