摘　　要：保险行业一直以来都是金融保险专业的高职学生的理想就职行业,为促进宁夏保险行业人才供需平衡,推动本地保险行业发展,本文在对宁夏本土保险行业人才需求状况进行市场调研并详细分析的基础上,对目前高职院校金融保险专业人才培养存在的问题加以研究,基于宁夏保险行业人才需求对保险专业人才培养模式进行了探讨。The insurance industry has always been an ideal employment industry for higher vocational students majoring in fi nance and insurance.In order to promote the balance between supply and demand of talents in Ningxia insurance industry and promote the development of local insurance industry,based on the market research and detailed analysis of the demand for talents in Ningxia insurance industry,this paper studies the problems existing in the training of financial and insurance professionals in higher vocational colleges,and discusses the training mode of insurance professionals based on the demand for talents in Ningxia insurance industry.
