口腔专业与非口腔专业大学生对新疆男女性青年面部美学侧貌的评价分析

摘　　要：目的:调查口腔、非口腔专业大学生对不同唇、颏部位置的男、女性侧貌进行美学分析评价,为制定个性化正畸治疗目标提供参考依据。方法:选择标准面容的维吾尔族青年男女模特,使用Dolphin软件将其侧貌照片和头颅侧位片进行重叠,按照唇、颏部位置不变、前移或后移4mm进行修图重组形成8张合成图,制作调查问卷。随机选取口腔专业大学生220名和非口腔专业大学生412名填写调查问卷,用SPSS 25.0统计软件对问卷调查结果进行统计。结果:口腔专业大学生最喜欢男性唇、颏均微突和女性唇微缩颏正的侧面型,非口腔专业大学生最喜欢男性唇微突颏正和女性唇正颏微缩的侧面型;口腔专业和非口腔专业大学生均不喜欢男性唇缩颏突和女性唇突颏后缩的侧面型。结论:口腔、非口腔专业大学生对侧貌的评价会受到被评价对象性别的影响;口腔专业大学生对最不喜欢的男女性侧貌类型具有一致性;口腔专业学生更喜欢直面型或偏直面型的侧面,非口腔专业学生更喜欢轻度Ⅱ类侧面。Objective To investigate the facial aesthetic assessment of stomatology and non-stomatology undergraduates about the male and female with different chin and lip positions,and provided individualized treatment goals for orthodontists.Methods Uygur young man and woman model with standard face were selected,and use Dolphin software to make the profile images and lateral cephalographs overlap,then formed 8 images which lip and chin position did not move,moved forward or backward 4mm to option,and made the questionnaire.Randomly selected 220 stomatology undergraduates and 412 non-stomatology undergraduates to fill the questionnaire.Then results of questionnaire analysis and statistics were made by SPSS25.0.Results Stomatology undergraduates preferred male profile form with rather convex chin and protrusive lips,and that of females were contracted lips and chin normal,while non-stomatological students preferred male profile form with protrusive lips and normal chin,and that of females are normal lips and rather slightly contracted chin.Both stomatology undergraduates and non-stomatology undergraduates did not like male profile forms with contracted lips and convex chins and female profile forms with protrusive lips and contracted chins.Conclusion The facial aesthetic assessments of subjects were effected by their genders.All the stomatology undergraduates shared the consistency of the least favourited profile forms.Stomatology medical students preferred straight or partial straight profiles,while non-stomatological students preferred mild typeⅡprofiles.
