正畸联合修复疗法治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形的美学效果及对患者咬合功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究正畸联合修复疗法治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形的美学效果及对患者咬合功能的影响。方法:选择2017年1月-2019年1月庐江县人民医院口腔科收治的牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者60例,以随机数字表法分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。对照组予以修复疗法治疗,观察组予以正畸联合修复疗法治疗。观察两组治疗后的疗效、美学效果及总体满意率,比较治疗前后的牙齿功能评分、咬合功能及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。观察组牙齿排列整齐率、后牙咬合良好率、前牙覆[牙合]、覆盖良好率及总体满意率为100.00%、93.33%、96.67%、93.33%,高于对照组的80.00%、73.33%、73.33%、70.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组吞咽、语言、咀嚼功能评分、咀嚼效率、咬合力均较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的26.67%(P<0.05)。结论:正畸联合修复疗法治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者可有效改善其牙齿功能、咬合功能,提高美学效果及满意度,疗效显著,安全性高,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the aesthetic effect of orthodontic combined with restoration therapy in the treatment of dentition defect with dentomaxillary deformity and its influence on the occlusal function of patients.Methods From January 2017 to January 2019,60 patients with dentition defect and dental deformity admitted to the Department of Stomatology of Lujiang County People’s Hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).The control group was treated with repair therapy,while the observation group was treated with orthodontics combined with repair therapy.The curative effect,aesthetic effect,overall satisfaction rate,dental function score,occlusal function before and after treatment and adverse reactions during treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%after treatment,which was higher than 73.33%of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the rate of neat teeth arrangement,good rate of posterior teeth bite,good rate of anterior overbite and coverage and overall satisfaction rate were 100.00%,93.33%,96.67%,93.33%,higher than those in the control group(80.00%,73.33%,73.33%,70.00%,P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of swallowing,language chewing function,masticatory efficiency and biting force in the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than 26.67%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Orthodontic combined with restoration therapy can effectively improve the dental function and occlusal function of patients with dentition defect accompanied by dental and maxillofacial deformities,and improve the aesthetic effect and satisfaction.It has obvious curative effect and high safety,and is worthy of promotion.
