摘  要:目的探讨基于3D打印的Insignia定制托槽首次黏接脱落率的临床特点。方法选取进行Insignia数字化正畸的患者33例,男15例,女18例,年龄13-28岁,平均(19.23±2.15)岁,其中13-17岁16例,18-28岁17例,采用间接黏接,黏接托槽和颊管共计792个。分析治疗效果。结果下颌总脱落率为5.21%(青少年)多于上颌4.17%(青少年),成人组脱落率为下颌2.7%多于上颌的1.23%。其中青少年组上颌第二前磨牙(脱落率1.82%)和第二磨牙(脱落率为2.08%)脱落率最高,且以男性为主。下颌第二磨牙的脱落率为2.53%,第一磨牙的脱落率为1.14%,即下颌脱落率第二磨牙较高,其次为第一磨牙。由不同年龄组矫治器脱落率的统计分析结果可知,青少组的脱落率为9.38%,成年组的脱落率为3.92%,P <0.05,差异具有统计学意义,由此认为不同年龄的矫治器脱落率存在差异。即青少组的脱落率高于成年组的脱落率。结论 Insignia定制托槽脱落率为下颌高于上颌,磨牙区高于前磨牙区,上颌前磨牙高于下颌前磨牙,下颌磨牙高于上颌前磨牙。青少年首次黏接脱落率显著高于成年人,其中青少年男性第二前磨牙和下颌第二磨牙的脱落率明显较高。Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of the initial bonding failure rate of Insignia customized brackets based on 3 D printing.Methods A total of 33 patients undergoing Insignia digital orthodontics were selected,including 15 males and 18 females,aged 13-28 years old,with an average of(19.23±2.15)years old,of which 16 cases were 13-17 years old,and 17 cases were 18-28 years old.A total of 792 bonding brackets and buccal tubes by indirect bonding.Analyze the effect of treatment.Results The total mandibular bonding failure rate was 5.21%(adolescents)than the maxillary 4.17%(adolescents),and the mandibular bonding failure rate in the adult group was 2.7%,which is more than the maxillary 1.23%.Among them,the adolescent group had the highest bonding failure rates of the second maxillary premolars(bonding failure rate of 1.82%)and second molars(bonding failure rate of 2.08%),and the majority were male.The debongding rate of the mandibular second molars was 2.53%,and that of the first molars was 1.14%,that is,the bonding failure rate of the second molars was higher,followed by the first molars.From the statistical analysis results of the appliance bonding failure rate of different age groups,it can be seen that the bonding failure rate of the adolescent group is 9.38%,and the bonding failure rate of the adult group is 3.92%,P<0.01,the difference is statistically significant.Therefore,the bonding failure rate of appliances is different between age groups.That is,the bonding failure rate of the adolescent group is higher than that of the adult group.Conclusion The inter-office bonding failure rate of Insignia customized brackets of mandibular is higher than that of maxillary,molar area is higher than premolar area,maxillary premolar is higher than mandibular premolar,and mandibular molar is higher than maxillary premolar.The initial bonding failure rate of adolescent group is significantly higher than that of adult group.Among them,the bonding failure rate of the second premolars and mandibular second molars
