摘  要:目的探讨临床微生物检验和细菌耐药性监测的应用价值。方法将我院2018年1-12月各科室所送检的不同微生物标本作为研究对象,共提取致病菌250株进行分析。结果根据本次研究可知,常见菌种包括凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌以及金黄色葡萄球菌;其中变形杆菌属对头孢他啶耐药性较低,铜绿假单胞菌对于环丙沙星的耐药性较低,可在临床中应用。结论细菌耐药性升高情况较为明显,多种耐药的情况相对严峻,通过临床微生物检验和细菌耐药性监测,能够有效了解细菌耐药性的具体情况,对于抗菌药物的合理使用以及医院感染的控制工作具有十分积极的作用。Objective To investigate the value of clinical microbiological test and bacterial drug resistance monitoring.Methods Two hundred and fifty strains of pathogenic bacteria were extracted and analyzed from various microorganism specimens from January 2018 to December 2018.Results According to this study,common strains include staphylococci,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus.Among them,proteus is less resistant to ceftazidime,and pseudomonas aeruginosa has low resistance to ciprofloxacin and can be used in clinical treatment activities.Conclusion The increase of bacterial resistance is relatively obvious,and the situation of multiple drug resistance is relatively severe.Through clinical microbial testing and bacterial resistance monitoring,the specific situation of bacterial resistance can be effectively understood.It has a very positive effect on the rational use of antimicrobial drugs and the control of hospital infection.
