曲克芦丁、丹参酮、川芎嗪等3种中药注射剂辅助治疗心脑血管疾病的不良反应分析

摘　　要：目的分析心脑血管疾病治疗中曲克芦丁、丹参酮、川芎嗪等3种中药注射剂的不良反应。方法选240例2018年5月至2019年5月本院收治的心脑血管疾病患者为对象,用双盲法分组,治疗中A组用曲克芦丁、B组用丹参酮、C组用川芎嗪,比较3组疗效、不良反应。结果 A组治疗有效率为86.25%、B组为88.75%、C组为87.50%,无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。A组不良反应率为22.50%、B组为20.00%、C组为31.25%,无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论心脑血管疾病辅助治疗中,中药注射剂曲克芦丁、丹参酮、川芎嗪疗效佳,但会诱发不良反应,需合理用药。Objective To investigate the adverse reactions of troxerutin,tanshinone and ligustrazine in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Methods A total of 240 patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were divided into three groups by double blind method.In treatment,group A was treated with troxerutin,group B was treated with tanshinone,and group C was treated with ligustrazine.The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of the three groups were compared.Results The effective rate of A group was 86.25%,that of B group was 88.75%,and that of C group was 87.50%.There was no statistical significance(P>0.05).The adverse reaction rate of A group was 22.50%,that of B group was 20.00%,and that of C group was 31.25%.There was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion In the adjuvant treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,TCM injections such as troxerutin,tanshinone and ligustrazine are effective,but they can induce adverse reactions and need rational drug use.
