摘 要:文章基于半柔性路面材料,与普通的沥青混合料进行对比分析,研究了其在重载交通道口的路用性能。结果表明,半柔性路面材料在相同时间内产生的车辙深度仅为普通沥青混合料的27%,动稳定度值约为普通沥青混合料的14倍。70℃动稳定度达到13404次/mm;低温抗弯拉强度和弯曲劲度模量约为AC13的1.3倍,最大变拉应变与之相当;冻融劈裂抗拉强度比为93.73%,高于普通沥青混合料AC13的强度比。工程应用表明,半柔性路面的车辙为磨耗型车辙,仅为5.5 mm。表面构造深度为0.82 mm,抗滑值为54,具有优异的路用性能。This research studied the road performance of semi-flexible pavement material by comparing with ordinary asphalt mixture,and an engineering application was constructed at heavy-load traffic crossing.The results show that the rut depth generated by the semi-flexible pavement material in the same time is only 27%of that of the ordinary asphalt mixture,and the dynamic stability value is about 14 times that of the ordinary asphalt mixture.The dynamic stability at 70℃reaches 13404 times/mm;the low-temperature bending tensile strength and bending stiffness modulus are about 1.3 times that of AC13,and the maximum variable tensile strain is equivalent;the freeze-thaw splitting tensile strength ratio is 93.73%,which is highCompared with the strength ratio of common asphalt mixture AC13.Engineering application shows that the rut of the semi-flexible pavement is abrasion type rut,which is only 5.5mm.The surface texture depth is 0.82 mm,and the anti-skid value is 54.It has excellent road performance.
