摘  要:阿尔茨海默病(AD)和混合性痴呆(MxD)是老年痴呆患者中最常见的两种类型。其中,MxD表现为共存的AD病理学与血管病理学,包括脑小血管疾病。虽然,已知心血管疾病会增加痴呆的风险,但发展为痴呆后上述共存病理之间如何协同,以及最终导致怎样的临床结局仍然难以捉摸。探索MxD的关键是建立一种能同时精确地模拟血管性痴呆和AD两种病理情况的模型。近年来关于MxD动物模型的研究日渐增多,也取得了一定进展,本文对MxD动物模型的建立、检查指标、优劣进行综述,以期为后续研究提供依据。Alzheimer’s disease(AD)and mixed dementia(MxD)are the two most common types of senile dementia patients.MxD is characterized by coexisting AD pathology and vascular pathology,including cerebral small vessel diseases.Although it is proved that cardiovascular diseases will increase the risk of dementia,it is still elusive how these coexisting pathologies cooperate with each other,and what kind of clinical outcome will eventually lead to after developing into dementia.The key to investigate MxD is to establish a model that can accurately simulate both vascular dementia and AD at the same time.In recent years,the research on the animal models of MxD is increasing day by day,and certain progress has been made.The establishment,inspection indices,advantages and disadvantages of the animal models of MxD are reviewed in this paper,so as to provide a basis for the following research.
