奥氮平联合氨磺必利治疗难治性精神分裂症患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价难治性精神分裂症患者治疗中奥氮平、氨磺必利联合用药方案可行性以及联合用药效果,为难治性精神分裂症患者治疗提供参考。方法选择我院2017年7月至2018年10月收治住院治疗的80例难治性精神分裂症患者,采取1∶1比例法随机分组。参照组40例患者采取奥氮平治疗,联合组40例患者采取奥氮平联合氨磺必利治疗。对比参照组与联合组难治性精神分裂症患者治疗后两组临床疗效、阳性与阴性症状量表评分、血脂水平、体质量情况。结果治疗后,联合组与参照组难治性精神分裂症患者组间治疗效果以及治疗后阳性与阴性症状量表评分、血脂水平、体质量比较,P<0.05数据差异显著。结论对比奥氮平单一治疗,采用奥氮平联合氨磺必利治疗的患者症状、血脂水平改善明显,治疗效果显著。Objective To evaluate the feasibility and effect of olanzapine and amisulpride in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia,and to provide reference for the treatment of refractory schizophrenia.Methods Eighty patients with refractory schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into 1∶1 proportion group.Forty patients in the control group were treated with olanzapine and 40 patients in the combined group were treated with olanzapine and amisulpride.The clinical efficacy,positive and negative symptom scale scores,blood lipid level and body mass of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,there were significant differences in the treatment effect,positive and negative symptom scale scores,blood lipid level and body mass between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with olanzapine monotherapy,the symptoms and blood lipid levels of patients treated with olanzapine combined with amisulpride improved significantly,and the treatment effect was significant.
