拉坦前列素治疗青光眼疗效及对患者房水转化生长因子-β_(2)、一氧化氮及促红细胞生成素的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨拉坦前列素治疗青光眼疗效及对患者房水转化生长因子-β2(TGF-β2)、一氧化氮(NO)、促红细胞生长素(EPO)的影响。方法:随机抽样法选取122例青光眼患者(单眼发病)。随机数字表法分为两组,各61例。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗同时应用拉坦前列素治疗。比较两组治疗效果及房水TGF-β2、NO、EPO水平,眼压、视野缺损、视网膜光敏感度、视力、视盘筛板血流量及血流速度情况。结果:治疗后研究组房水TGF-β2、NO、EPO水平均低于对照组(均P<0.05);研究组眼压、视野缺损低于对照组,视网膜光敏感度、视力、血流量、血流速度均高于对照组(均P<0.05);研究组总有效率为96.72%,高于对照组85.25%(P<0.05)。结论:青光眼治疗中应用拉坦前列素可促进眼压、视力、视盘筛板血流指标恢复,增强疗效,其内在机制与降低房水TGF-β2、NO、EPO水平有关。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of latanoprost in treatment of glaucoma and its effect on transforming growth factor-β2(TGF-β2),nitric oxide(NO)and erythropoietin(EPO)in aqueous humor of patients.Methods:122 glaucoma patients(monocular disease)were selected and divided into two groups,with 61 cases each.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the study group was treated with latanoprost on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect and the levels of TGF-β2,NO,and EPO in aqueous humor,intraocular pressure,visual field defect,retinal light sensitivity,visual acuity,optic disc lamina blood flow and blood flow velocity were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of TGF-β2,NO and EPO in the study group were lower than those in the control group,intraocular pressure and visual field defect in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and retinal light sensitivity,visual acuity,optic disc lamina blood flow and blood flow velocity were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 96.72%,which was higher than 85.25%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of latanoprost in the treatment of glaucoma can promote the recovery of intraocular pressure,visual acuity,and optic disc lamina blood flow indexes,and enhance the efficacy,and the internal mechanism is related to the reduction of T TGF-β2,NO,and EPO in aqueous humor.
