摘　　要：目的评价抗菌床品与传统床品在医院感染控制中的临床应用效果,为推进临床医用织物管理提供参考.方法采用棉签采样的方法检测抗菌床品和传统床品表面污染情况,采用全自动细菌鉴定仪鉴定细菌种类.结果传统床品组、抗菌床品组和抗菌床品+隔离保护套组床单菌落总数≥4000 cfu/100 cm^(2)分别为13套(13/17)、2套(2/17)和1套(1/9)(P<0.05).传统床品组床单和床垫菌落总数≥4000 cfu/100 cm^(2)分别为13套(13/17)和1套(1/17)(P<0.05);抗菌床品+隔离保护套组床单、床垫和隔离保护套菌落总数≥4000 cfu/100 cm2分别为1套(1/9)、0套(0/9)和5套(5/9)(P<0.05).结论使用抗菌床品和隔离保护套能有效降低床单和床垫菌落总数.Objective To evaluate the clinical application effect of antimicrobial beddings and traditional beddings in nosocomial infection control,so as to provide reference for promoting the management of clinical medical textiles.Methods The cotton swab sampling method was used to detect the surface contamination of antimicrobial beddings and traditional beddings,and the automatic bacteria identification instrument was used to identify the types of bacteria.Results The total number of colonies on the bed sheets of the traditional bedding group,the antimicrobial bedding group and the antimicrobial bedding+isolation protective cover group≥4000 cfu/100 cm^(2) were 13(13/17),2(2/17)and 1(1/9),respectively(P<0.05).In the traditional bedding group,the total number of colonies on the bed sheets and mattresses≥4000 cfu/100 cm^(2) were 13(13/17)and 1(1/17),respectively(P<0.05);in the antimicrobial bedding+isolation protective cover group,the total number of colonies on the bed sheets,mattresses and isolation protective cover≥4000 cfu/100 cm^(2) were 1(1/9),0(0/9)and 5(5/9),respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion Antimicrobial bedding and isolation protective cover can effectively reduce the total number of colonies on bed sheets and mattresses.
