摘 要:汽车翼子板冲压件的模具开发调试周期长、返工返修次数多,利用CAE分析软件进行翼子板的成形仿真分析,结合零件的造型,总结出合理的翼子板冲压工艺方案及注意事项,并缩短了模具开发周期,减少了模具返工返修次数,提高了模具制造质量。对翼子板的拉延工艺进行详细分析,确定翼子板拉延的主要冲压工艺参数,并且确定了拉延模具的拉延方向、压料面形状、拉延筋尺寸和位置以及工艺补充面,另外,还介绍了翼子板拉延后工序的主要内容。CAE拉延仿真分析结果对实际模具生产具有重要指导意义,根据实际模具生产结果与CAE分析结果的对比,可以证明CAE拉延仿真分析的工艺性合理。The die development and debugging cycle of automobile fender stamping parts is long,and there are many rework and repair times.Therefore,using the CAE analysis software to simulate and analysis the fender forming,and combining with the shape of parts,the reasonable stamping process scheme and notice of fender were summarized to shorten the die development cycle,reduce the number of die rework and repair times,and improve the quality of die manufacturing.Furthermore,the drawing process for fender was analyzed in de-tail,the main stamping process parameters of the fender drawing were determined,and the drawing direction of drawing die,the shape of blank hold surface,the sizes and positions of drawing bead and the process supplement surface were determined.In addition,the main content of the post-drawing process for fender was also introduced.Thus,the results of CAE drawing simulation analysis have important guiding significance for the actual die production,and according to the comparison between the actual die production and the CAE analysis results,the manufacturability of CAE drawing simulation analysis was reasonable.
