康柏西普注射治疗角膜新生血管的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨康柏西普结膜下及角膜基质注射治疗角膜新生血管(CNV)患者的疗效及安全性。方法连续纳入2017年7月-2019年6月我院收治的60例(60眼)CNV患者,于结膜下(0.2mg)及角膜基质(0.2mg)注射康柏西普进行治疗1次。观察CNV形态及面积、角膜厚度、角膜内皮细胞计数、视力、眼压以及不良反应。结果治疗后7d、3个月,所有患者患眼的睫状充血、新生血管情况均得到明显改善。治疗后7d、3个月的CNV面积均明显小于治疗前1d(P<0.05),角膜厚度及角膜内皮细胞计数均明显大于治疗前1d(P<0.05);治疗前后患眼的视力及眼压均无明显变化(P>0.05);未见严重不良反应发生。结论康柏西普结膜下及角膜基质注射治疗CNV患者的疗效显著,对视力及眼压无明显影响,安全性高。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of subconjunctival and corneal stromal injection of conbercept in the treatment of patients with corneal neovascularization(CNV).Methods 60 cases(60 eyes)of CNV patients were enrolled consecutively in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019.The CNV patients were treated with subconjunctival(0.2mg)and corneal stromal(0.2mg)injection of conbercept for one time.The morphology and area of CNV,corneal thickness,corneal endothelial cell count,visual acuity,intraocular pressure and adverse reactions were observed.Results At 7 d and 3 months after treatment,the ciliary congestion and neovascularization in all patients'affected eyes were significantly improved.At 7 d and 3 months after treatment,the area of CNV was significantly smaller than 1 day before treatment(P<0.05),the corneal thickness and corneal endothelial cell count was significantly greater than 1 day before treatment(P<0.05).There were no significant changes in visual acuity and intraocular pressure before and after treatment.No serious adverse reactions were observed.Conclusion The subconjunctival and corneal stromal injection of conbercept had significant efficacy on CNV patients,with no significant effect on visual acuity and intraocular pressure,and it was high safety.
