摘　　要：针对高校专题档案管理问题,以高校升格更名评估类专题档案管理实践为例,分析高校评估类专题档案的内容和特点、规范化管理的意义,提出确定合理的指标体系、规范的材料收集、科学化组卷编目、及时完整归档等措施,保障高校专项工作的顺利完成,并为专题类档案的规范化管理提供实践参考。In view of the problems in the management of special archives in colleges and universities,this paper takes the management practice of special evaluation archives of college upgrading and renaming as the example to analyze the contents and characteristics of special evaluation archives in colleges and universities and the significance of standardized management.In order to ensure the smooth completion of special work in colleges and universities,and to provide practice reference for the standardized management of special archives,this paper puts forward some measures,such as determining reasonable index system,standardizing the collection of materials,scientifically composing and cataloging,timely and completely filing.
