摘　　要：本文基于下一代机构知识库(IR)的建设目标,探索灰色资源,尤其是灰色数据资源的建设、存储、开放共享和复用策略,为图书馆建设和规划管理下一代IR灰色数据资源提供思路和方法。分析机构灰色资源的现状,明确下一代IR中灰色数据资源管理范围、采集存储策略、共享方式及复用策略,为下一代IR中灰色数据资源建设和使用提供思路和方法。高校灰色科研数据采集要坚持面向“双一流”学科的特色馆藏建设,可通过行政手段征集研究数据,同时提高IR中自存储研究数据的比例。并提出促进高校灰色数据资源开放共享和复用的策略。Based on the construction goal of the next generation institutional repository(IR),this paper explores the grey resources,especially the strategies of construction,storage,opening and sharing and reuse of grey data resources,in order to provide libraries with ways of thinking and methods of planning,constructing and managing the grey data resources in the next generation IR.This paper analyzes the current status of institutional grey resources and clarifies the management range,collection and storing strategies,ways of sharing and reuse strategies of grey data resources,providing ways of thinking and methods for the construction and use of grey data resources in the next generation IR.University libraries should stick to their characteristic collection of grey data resources focusing on"double first-class"subjects.They may collect research data via administrative methods and meanwhile raise the proportion of self-deposited data in IR.This paper puts forward the strategies for university libraries to open,share and reuse the grey data resources.
