摘　　要：目的了解急性出血性脑卒中患者多模态磁共振成像检查的服务需求,为提高医疗服务质量、保证检查的顺利进行提供依据。方法对行磁共振成像检查的90例急性出血性脑卒中患者采用自制多模态MRI检查需求问卷进行测评分析,并对测评结果进行单因素及Logistic多元回归分析。结果本组患者多模态MRI检查需求问卷总分为(43.59±6.63)分,医务人员、专业知识、心理与情感3个维度评分依次为(15.62±2.42)分、(19.78±3.25)分、(7.65±1.54)分。患者对检查后注意事项需求率最高(96.7%),其次为有问必答(94.4%)、环境整洁(94.4%),第三为礼仪周到服务(92.2%)。不同性别、年龄、学历患者多模态MRI检查需求问卷评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Logistic多元回归分析显示,女性、高学历(大专及以上)是急性出血性脑卒中患者多模态MRI检查服务需求的影响因素。结论急性出血性脑卒中患者多模态磁共振成像检查服务需求较高,性别、学历是其影响因素,应采取针对性措施进一步提高医疗服务质量、保证检查顺利进行。Objective To investigate the service demands of multimodal magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in patients with acute hemorrhagic stroke,and to provide the basis for improving the quality of medical service and ensuring the smooth progress of the examination.Methods A total of 90 patients with acute hemorrhagic stroke who underwent MRI were evaluated and analyzed by using the self-made multimodal MRI examination demand questionnaire,and the evaluation results were analyzed by univariate and Logistic multiple regression analysis.Results The total score of multimodal MRI examination demand questionnaire was(43.59±6.63)points.The scores of medical staff,professional knowledge,psychology and emotion were(15.62±2.42)points,(19.78±3.25)points and(7.65±1.54)points respectively.The patients'demand rate of attention after examination was the highest(96.7%),followed by the question and answer(94.4%),the cleanness of environment(94.4%),and etiquette and thoughtful service(92.2%).There were statistically significant differences in multimodal MRI examination demand questionnaire scores among patients with different genders,ages and educational backgrounds(P<0.01).Logistic multiple regression analysis showed that female and higher education(college degree or above)were the influencing factors of the demand for multimodal MRI examination service in patients with acute hemorrhagic stroke.Conclusions Patients with acute hemorrhagic stroke have a high demand for multimodal MRI examination services.Gender and educational background are the influencing factors.Targeted measures should be taken to further improve the quality of medical service and ensure the smooth progress of the examination.
