以饮水呛咳吞咽困难为首发症状的重症肌无力一例并文献复习

摘　　要：患者男,65岁,因饮水呛咳25 d,吞咽困难10 d余就诊。入院常规体检未见明显异常,神经专科体检闭目难立征及直线行走检查不合作,余神经系统查体未见明显阳性体征。重症肌无力相关检查新斯的明试验阳性,给予相应治疗后病情好转出院,1个月后随访,患者未再出现相关症状。A 65-year-old male patient had a choking cough due to drinking water for 25 days and dysphagia for more than 10 days.There were no obvious abnormalities in the routine physical examination on admission.The physical examination of the neurology department showed signs of difficulty in standing with closed eyes and non-cooperation in straight-line walking examination.The rest of the nervous system examination showed no obvious positive signs.The neostigmine test of myasthenia gravis was positive.After the corresponding treatment,the condition improved and was discharged from the hospital.The patient was followed up 1 month later,and he did not reappear related symptoms.
