摘 要:试验研究日粮中黄粉虫粪含量对鹅养分代谢率的影响。选取50日龄四川白鹅公鹅42只,随机分为7组,每组6个重复,每个重复1只鹅。试验1、2、3、4、5、6和7组日粮中添加黄粉虫粪比例分别为0、5%、10%,15%,20%、25%和30%。采用全收粪法进行消化代谢试验,预试期5d,禁食1d,正式试验期4d。结果显示,试验5组和6组鹅的大部分氨基酸表观消化率最高,试验7组鹅粗蛋白表观消化率显著低于其他试验组(P<0.05),其他各试验组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验5、6组鹅粗纤维的表观消化率显著高于试验1、2、3组(P<0.05)。试验6组、7组鹅酸性洗涤纤维、中性洗涤纤维表观消化率显著高于其他试验组(P<0.05)。试验7组鹅钙表观消化率显著低于试验1、2、3、4组(P<0.05)。试验7组鹅总磷表观消化率显著低于其他试验组(P<0.05)。研究表明,在鹅日粮中添加20%~30%,的黄粉虫粪可以提高营养物质的消化率。The experiment studied the effect of dietary Tenebrio molitor feces content on the nutrient metabolic rate of goose.A total of 4250-day-old Sichuan white male geese were randomly divided into seven groups with six replicates in each group,and one goose in each replicate.The proportions of Tenebrio molitor feces added to the diets of group 1,2,3,4,5,6 and 7 were 0,5%,10%,15%,20%,25%and 30%,respectively.The digestion and metabolism test was carried out by the total fecal collection method,the pre-test period was 5 d,the fasting period was 1 d,and the trial period was 4 d.The results showed that the apparent digestibility of most amino acids in group 5 and group 6 of geese was the highest.The apparent digestibility of goose protein in group 7 was significantly lower than that of other groups(P<0.05),and the difference between the other test groups was not significant(P>0.05).The apparent digestibility of goose's crude fiber in group 5 and group 6 was significantly higher than that in group 1,2 and 3(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of acid detergent fiber and neutral detergent fiber in group 6 and group 7 was significantly higher than that in other groups(P<0.05).The apparent calcium digestibility of the goose in group 7 was significantly lower than that in group 1,2,3 and 4(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of total phosphorus in group 7 was significantly lower than that of other groups(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that the digestibility of nutrients that add 20%to 30%of Tenebrio molitor feces in the diet of goose is relatively high.
