摘　　要：酶制剂具有绿色环保、安全高效、作用条件温和、反应可控等特点,在动物生产中应用广泛。宠物行业发展迅猛,市场规模大。文章概述酶制剂在宠物诱食剂、宠物食品、食品配料、用品等生产加工中的应用情况,为酶制剂在宠物行业应用提供参考。Enzyme preparation has the characteristics of environmental protection,safety and efficiency,mild reaction conditions,and controllable reaction,which are applied in animal production.The pet industry is developing rapidly and the market scale is huge.The paper reviewed the application of enzyme preparation in the production and processing of pet attractants,pet food,food ingredients and pet supplies,in order to provide reference for application of enzyme preparation in pet industry.
