摘　　要：当前,转型已经成为高等教育领域中的一个重要学术论题。作为一种日益普遍的话语,高等教育转型被广泛运用在高等教育领域的多方面,涉及高等教育论域中的多个主题并触及高等教育的核心论域;作为一个学术概念,高等教育转型本质上是对高等教育整体进行组织再造与系统重构的过程,制度与文化是高等教育系统重构的关键点,核心内涵与目标在于人才培养模式的根本转变;作为一个理论视角,高等教育转型是深入探究高等教育改革与发展实际的重要方式,通过对高等教育转型问题系统研究发展出一种“转型高等教育学”是高等教育转型研究的重要方向。At present,transformation has become an important academic topic in the field of higher education.As an increasingly common term of discourse,the transformation of higher education is widely used in many aspects of the field of higher education,involving multiple themes in the field of higher education and touching the core field of higher education;as an academic concept of higher education,the transformation of higher education is essentially a process of restructuring the organization and system of higher education as a whole.System and culture are the key points of the reconstruction of higher education system,and the core connotation and goal lie in the fundamental transformation of talent training mode;as a theoretical perspective,the transformation of higher education is an important way to explore the reality of higher education reform and development.Through a comprehensive and in-depth study of the transformation of higher education,a"transformational higher education"is an important development and direction of higher education transformation research.
