摘　　要：党的十八大以来,教育主管部门适时提出大力发展和推进“新工科建设”的要求和号召。目前我国高等工程教育中存在培养理念与当前的产业变化、未来发展需求不相匹配,课程设置刚性固化,培养过程逐渐封闭等问题。文章提出将思想政治教育贯穿高等工程人才培养过程始终、调整专业设置、更新专业课程内容、加强校企协同合作人才培养的改革路径。Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,the education administrative department timely called for the development and promotion of"new engineering"in higher education.It is found that in terms of engineering education in higher education in our country the training concept does not match the current changes and future development trend in the industrial field,the curriculum setting is much solidified and the training process needs to be innovated.The paper also puts forward the reform path:ideological and political education should run through the training process of talents,the major setting should be adjusted,the curriculum content should be updated and the cooperation between schools and enterprises should be strengthened.
