摘　　要：国际教育援助在不同的时代语境下有着不同的理论意蕴。人类命运共同体视域下的国际教育援助理论在本质上是“全球思维、整体意识和人类观念”在国际教育援助领域的贯彻和运用,核心在于实现人类社会的共同进步、和谐发展,关键在于共同利益下不同国际性行为主体间互助合作的实现。平等互利性、开放包容性、国际合作性是人类命运共同体视域下国际教育援助的基本特征。为破解国际教育援助发展新困局提供新思路,为构建新时期国际教育援助理论提供新视角,为后疫情时代的国际教育交流与合作注入新动力是人类命运共同体视域下国际教育援助的时代价值。International education Assistance has different theoretical implications in different contexts of times.International education assistance creates conditions of enhancing the world's understanding,recognition and dissemination of a community,while a community with a shared future for mankind provides a theoretical basis and action plan for the development of international educational assistance activities.Equality and mutual benefit,openness and inclusiveness,international cooperation are the basic characteristics of thistheory.It provides new ideas for solving the new problems of international education assistance development,offers a new perspective to build new theory of international education assistance and bringsnew impetus into international educational exchanges and cooperation.
