母乳宏量营养素、钙检测及婴儿生长相关因素研究

摘　　要：目的分析甘肃省兰州市成熟母乳宏量营养素及钙含量,为指导该地区母乳喂养提供依据。方法收集2019年7月至2020年2月该院儿童保健科按期进行健康检查的988份母乳喂养儿乳母的成熟乳汁样本和相关信息、乳儿体格生长数值等,检测母乳宏量营养素及钙含量,并进行相关因素分析。结果不同生育年龄乳母乳汁中脂肪、蛋白质、能量比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同开奶时间乳母乳汁中蛋白质比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同月龄乳儿乳母乳汁中钙、蛋白质比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同体重乳儿乳母乳汁中蛋白质、糖类比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论母乳营养成分是动态变化的,乳汁宏量营养素与乳儿性别、身长无关;与乳母生育年龄、开奶时间,以及乳儿月龄、体重等有关。Objective To analyze the macronutrients and calcium content of mature breast milk in Lanzhou city so as to provide a basis for guiding breast feeding in this region.Methods A total of 988 mature milk samples from the lactating mothers of breast-feeding infants who conducted the regular health examination in Department of Child Health Care of this hospital from July 2019 to February 2020,the related information and infantile physical growth values were collected.The macronutrients and calcium content of breast milk were detected,and the related factors analysis was performed.Results There were statistically significant differences in fat,protein and energy of breast milk among different childbearing ages of lactating mothers(P<0.05).The protein content in breast milk had statistical different among different milking times(P<0.05).The calcium and protein contents in breast milk had statistical difference among the lactating mothers of infants with different months age(P<0.05).The protein and carbohydrate contents of breast milk had statistical difference among different body weights of lactating mothers(P<0.05).Conclusion The nutritional composition of breast milk is dynamically changed.The macronutrient of breast milk have no relation with the sex and body length of the infant and have the relation with the childbearing age of the lactating mothers,milking time,months age and body weight of the infant.
