摘　　要：目的通过复杂网络分析挖掘整理朴炳奎教授治疗大肠癌的临床经验。方法收集整理朴炳奎教授临床诊治大肠癌的门诊病历,建立数据库,利用复杂网络分析挖掘,总结朴炳奎教授治疗大肠癌的经验。结果分析得出常见症状、证型、治则治法及“方-药”“药-症”“药-证”“药-诊”“证-诊”关系。结论朴炳奎教授治疗大肠癌以健脾益肾为主,兼以利湿、化痰、清热、祛瘀、理气等一种或多种联合运用。用药侧重补气,尤以脾脏为核心。学术思想为“扶正培本,祛邪解毒”,其核心理念为“和其不和”。Objective To explore and sort out Professor Piao Bingkui′s clinical experience in the treatment of colorectal cancer through complex network.Methods Collect and sort out the colorectal cancer outpatient medical records of Professor Piao Bingkui′s clinical diagnosis and treatment,establish a database,use complex network analysis and mining,and summarize the experience of Piao Bingkui in treating colorectal cancer.Results Data mining analysis obtained common symptoms,syndrome types,treatment rules and treatment methods and the relationship of“prescription-drug”“drug-symptom”“drug-syndrome”“drug-diagnosis”and“syndrome-diagnosis”.Conclusion Professor Piao Bingkui′s treatment of colorectal cancer is mainly to invigorate the spleen and kidney,as well as to relieve dampness,resolve phlegm,clear away heat,remove blood stasis,and regulate Qi.The medication focuses on invigorating Qi,especially with the spleen as the core.The academic thought is“strengthening the body,dispel evil and detoxify”,and its core idea is“harmony with others”.
