摘　　要：描述了辊压机运转时因辊面卡异物,导致减速机壳体螺栓组剪断和扭力支撑装置螺栓组拉断故障情况,进行了故障力学分析对比,找出了故障发生的主要原因,介绍了辊压机传动输出、输入轴修复处理技术要求和辊压机输入轴在线焊补、加工等故障处置方法,总结了避免故障发生的注意事项,保证了辊压机的安全平稳运行。It describes the breakdown of the bolt group of the reducer shell and the bolt group of the torque supporting device caused by the foreign body stuck on the roller surface during operation of the roller press,and makes the fault mechanics analysis and comparison,finds out the main failure cause.And it introduces the roller press driving output and input shaft technical requirements and roller press input shaft online welding repair,processing of fault disposal method,summarizes the matters needing attention to avoid the occurrence of failure and ensure the safe and stable operation.
