摘　　要：目的分析精准肝切除术对原发性肝癌患者残肝功能及免疫因子的影响。方法回顾分析我院2017年2月至2020年5月期间收治的40例原发性肝癌患者,按治疗方式分组,其中20例接受精准肝切除术治疗(观察组),另20例接受传统肝切除术治疗(对照组),比较治疗状况,如患者残肝功能、免疫因子等。结果术前肝功能指标无统计学差异(P>0.05),术后,观察组AST、ALT、TBIL低于对照组,ALB高于对照组(P<0.05);术前免疫功能指标无统计学差异(P>0.05),术后,观察组NK细胞低于对照组,CD4+/CD8+、CD3+高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗原发性肝癌可采用精准肝切除术,此方式相比于传统肝切除术,患者术后残肝功能恢复更好,免疫因子更稳定,疗效理想。Objective To analyze the influence of precise hepatectomy on residual liver function and immune factors in patients with primary liver cancer.Methods 40 cases of patients with primary liver cancer and who treated in our hospital from February 2017 to May 2020 were retrospectively analyzed,and the patients were divided into two groups according to the treatment methods,20 cases received the Precise hepatectomy (observation group),and another 20 cases received traditional hepatectomy (control group).Then,the treatment status were compared,such as residual liver function,immune factors and so on.Results There was no significant difference in liver function before operation (P>0.05).After operation,the AST,ALT and TBIL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and ALB in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05);there was no significant difference in immune function before operation (P>0.05).After operation,NK cells in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and CD4+/CD8+,CD3+ were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The precise hepatectomy can be used in clinical treatment of primary liver cancer.Compared with traditional hepatectomy,this method has better recovery of residual liver function,more stable immune factors and ideal clinical effect.
