摘  要:为充分利用牛蒡和食药真菌资源,以不同体积比的牛蒡木屑为基质进行赤芝Ganoderma lingzhi栽培。测定不同条件下生长的赤芝子实体多糖含量,从而确定赤芝最优栽培条件。试验结果表明:当栽培基质中牛蒡与木屑体积比1∶4、温度28℃、固液比为20∶0时赤芝子实体多糖含量最高。用此栽培基质,在子实体形成期间,光照条件为暗光、p H=5~6、湿度90%~95%、培育45~60 d,子实体长势最好,形态最佳,其多糖含量可达23.26 mg/g。In order to make the best use of burdock and medicinal fungal fungi,the culture of Ganoderma lingzhi were carried on using different ratio of burdock solid medium.The optimal fermentation conditions of Ganoderma lingzhi were determined by observing the growth trend of mycelium and determining the content of polysaccharide.The results showed that the optimum conditions for culture of Ganoderma lingzhi were as follows:the volume ratio of burdock and sawdust was 1∶4,temperature was 28℃,solid-liquid ratio was 20∶0.During the period of fruiting body cultivation,the light condition was dark light,pH was 5-6,humidity was 90%-95%.After 45-60 days of cultivation,the cultivated fruiting bodies had the best growth and shape,and the polysaccharide content of fruiting bodies could reach 23.26 mg/g.
