抽动障碍致病相关因素及中医健康干预现状分析

摘　　要：通过对抽动障碍的相关致病因素(饮食因素、情志因素、外感因素)分析,从中医饮食、情志及行为干预3个方面总结并分析了该病的中医健康干预现状,旨在为该病中医特色健康管理方案的构建提供文献参考依据。其中因质论食、辨证施食及食物不耐受的饮食轮替干预是抽动障碍饮食干预的主要方面;在中医情志干预方面,除了遵从"告、语、导、开"的一般情志调护外,精神内守法、移情易性法、情志相胜法也是值得借鉴的;导引术、健身功等行为干预方法在抽动障碍的防治中能形神并调,对增强机体抵抗能力也有积极的作用。Through the analysis of the related pathogenic factors of tic disorders diet,emotion and exogenous factors,this paper summarizes and analyzes the current situation of TCM health intervention in it from 3 aspects of TCM diet,emotion and behavior intervention,aiming at providing literature references for the construction of TCM characteristic health management scheme of tic disorders.TCM health intervention in tic disorders mainly involves differentiating food according to constitution,giving food according to syndrome differentiation and dietary rotation intervention for food intolerance.In the aspect of TCM emotional intervention,apart from following the general emotional nursing of"informing,cultivating,guiding and counseling",it’s worth learning from methods of mental compliance,empathy and emotional mutual dominating.In the aspect of behavior intervention,respiratory daoyin and gymnastic qigong etc.can simultaneous regulate constitution and spirit in the prevention and treatment of tic disorders.It also plays a positive role in enhancing the body’s resistance.
