摘  要:简述了交流伺服缸系统的工作原理与设计特点。针对在控制精度要求高、工作环境恶劣的工况下,采用交流伺服缸系统所需要解决的测试项目及检验方法等问题,依据新产品生产及检修经验,在试验台上对交流伺服缸系统进行了泄漏测试、最低启动压力测试、正弦曲线跟随试验、重复位置精度测试及瞬态响应特性的测试,得到结合实际使用情况的交流伺服测试项目及方法。研究采用理论分析和实际相结合的方法,提出测试方法,该测试方法适用于交流伺服系统特性的研究,对提高液压缸基本性能具有促进作用。The working principle and design characteristics of alternating current(AC)servo cylinder system were described.In order to solve the test items and inspection methods of AC servo cylinder system under the conditions of high control accuracy and harsh working environment,according to the experience of new product production and maintenance,the leakage test,minimum starting pressure test,sine curve following test,repeated position accuracy test and transient response characteristics of AC servo cylinder system were carried out on the test bench.The AC servo test items and methods combined with the actual use were obtained.The research adopted the method of combining theoretical analysis with practice,and put forward the test method.The test method was suitable for the research of AC servo system characteristics,and could promote the basic performance of hydraulic cylinder.
