文化距离影响中国对外劳务输出的实证研究

摘　　要：随着交通工具的日益发达,地理距离对劳务输出的影响日渐削弱,而文化因素成为影响对外劳务输出的重要内容。本文用Hofstede提出的文化维度理论,以2002—2017年中国对文化差异有代表性的34个国家(地区)的劳务输出数据构建模型,利用混合回归检验分析文化距离对劳务输出的影响。结果表明,当文化距离为整体时,文化因素对承包工程项下的劳务输出有阻力,对劳务合作项下的劳务输出有促进作用;当文化距离细分为四个文化维度时,其对承包工程项下和劳务合作项下的劳务输出的影响具有双重性,且影响程度不同。为弱化文化差异对中国对外劳务输出的不利影响,政府应搭建各国间文化交流的平台,对外劳务输出人员要了解、学习并尊重东道国文化。With the increasingly developed means of transportation,the influence of geographical distance on labor service export is gradually weakened,while cultural factors have become an important factor affecting labor service export.This paper uses Hofstede's cultural dimension theory to build a model based on the labor service exportdata of 34 countries(regions)that are representative of cultural differences in China from 2002 to 2017,and uses mixed regression test to analyze the impact of cultural distance on labor service export.The results show that when cultural distance is taken as a whole,cultural factors have resistance to the export of labor service under contracted projectsand it promotes the export of labor service under labor service cooperation items;when cultural distance is divided into four cultural dimensions,its influence on the export of labor service under contract projects and labor service cooperation items is dual with a different degree of influence.In order to weaken the negative impact of cultural differences on China′s export of labor service,the government should build a platform for cultural exchange between countries,and the exportersof labor service should understand,learn and respect the culture of the host country.
