摘  要:立筒仓气密性差,用其储粮容易感染虫害且杀虫困难。为了解决此难题,通过使用一些简便材料,对2004年建成使用至今的立筒仓进行气密性改造,并使用下充上排充氮工艺进行气调储粮。试验结果表明,改造后立筒仓气密性大大提高,完全达到气调杀虫对仓房气密性的要求,其气调杀虫效果良好,且整个气调过程粮情稳定,储粮品质变化正常,此次改造也为日后储粮降低了保管人员的劳动强度和保管成本,达到了预期效果。The airtightness of silo is poor,so it is easy to be infected with insects and difficult to kill insects.In order to solve this problem,by using some simple materials,the air tightness of the vertical silo which was built in 2004 and has been used up to now has been improved,and the process of lower charging,upper discharging and nitrogen charging has been used for controlled atmosphere grain storage.The test results show that the airtightness of the silo is greatly improved after the transformation,which fully meets the requirements of controlled atmosphere insecticidal on the airtightness of the warehouse.The final effect of controlled atmosphere insecticidal is good,and the whole process of controlled atmosphere is stable,and the change of grain quality is normal.The transformation also reduces the labor intensity and storage cost of storage personnel for future grain storage,and achieves the expected effect.
