摘  要:大豆富含不饱和脂肪酸和蛋白质,易氧化变质、吸湿生霉等,是一个较难储存的品种,进口大豆受运输时间长、运输季节等影响,更难储存。文章分析了进口大豆难以储存的原因,并在山东聊城鲁西国家粮食储备库的34号平房仓开展了进口大豆储存试验。研究结果表明,采用机械通风、仓房密闭隔热改造、内环流控温、环流熏蒸等常用保管方式能够确保进口大豆安全储存。Soybean is rich in unsaturated fatty acids and proteins,easy to oxidation deterioration,hygroscopic mold and so on,is a difficult variety to store,imported soybean is affected by long transportation time,transportation season and so on,more difficult to store.This paper analyzed the reasons for the difficulty in the storage of imported soybeans,and carried out the storage experiment of imported soybeans in No.34 bungalows of Luxi National Grain Reserve in Liaocheng,Shandong Province.The results showed that the common storage methods,such as mechanical ventilation,airtight insulation renovation,internal circulation temperature control and circulation fumigation,could ensure the safe storage of imported soybeans.
