摘 要:为全面了解中国叶蛋白研究的现状与发展趋势,以促进该行业更好发展。从文献计量的角度出发,对CNKI中所有子库,以叶蛋白为主题对1924-2020年文献作精确检索,检索所得数据用Excel列表绘图,并对年份、关键词、基金、机构和专利等方面进行分析解读。检索得文献总数为6439条,其中中文期刊2824条(占比43.85%),专利190条(占比2.95%)。当前研究方向主要集中于叶蛋白的提取及其工艺、饲料优化和医药功效等领域,较国外同类型研究其研究方向稍显单一。中国叶蛋白研究处于发展与巩固阶段,虽然在叶蛋白提取、品种优化和种植等方向上取得较多成果,但在研究方向上过于狭窄、应用面不广(多局限于饲料和食品的研究,而国外已应用于环境监测等诸多新领域)、自主知识产权数量和质量都存欠缺。与世界领先水平还存在较大差距,要实现叶蛋白研究达到全面赶超世界先进水平,还需做好叶蛋白深加工拓展、产品开发和成套设备的研制与创新等诸多方面的工作;叶蛋白研究的前景广阔,发展空间巨大。To understand the current situation and development trend of leaf protein research in China in order to promote the development of this industry.From the perspective of Bibliometrics,leaf proteins were used to search all the sub-libraries of CNKI,and the data of leaf proteins were retrieved from 1924 to 2020,analysis of year,keywords,funds and institutions.A total of 6439 articles were retrieved,of which 2824 were Chinese journals,accounting for 43.85%;of which 190 were Chinese patents,accounting for 2.95%.Although the leaf protein research in China has experienced several low points,but the overall development situation is good.The current research focuses on the extraction process,feed optimization and pharmaceutical efficacy,which is a little less than the same type of foreign research.The research of leaf protein in China is still in the primary stage and has a broad prospect.Although we have made gratifying achievements in leaf protein extraction,variety optimization and planting,there is still a big gap with the world's leading level in the research direction is too narrow,and the application of leaf protein is not wide(mostly limited to feed and food,but used in environmental monitoring and many other aspects abroad)In order to catch up with and surpass the world’s advanced level in leaf protein research,we need to do a good job in many aspects,such as deep processing and expansion of leaf protein,product development,research and innovation of complete sets of equipment,etc.
