摘　　要：为使浙江省康复治疗学专业人才培养目标和规格凸显教育的针对性、实践性和先进性,从宏观上把握行业人才需求,从微观上优化教学内容与课程体系,遵循提升岗位胜任力、实现“零距离”对接的原则,就浙江省各级医疗机构对康复治疗学专业人才需求进行调查。结果显示专业人才培养与需求之间存在较大差距,行业建议专业教育应向高层次发展,同时在人才培养中注重分方向培养,构建本科专业“平台+岗位方向”的课程体系,夯实专业基础学科知识,加强培养学生职业素养,继续探索教学改革新思路和新方案。In order to highlight the pertinence,practicality and advancement of education in the training objectives and specificationsof rehabilitation professionals in Zhejiang province,to grasp the talent demand of the industry from the macro perspective,to optimize the teaching content and course system from the micro perspective,and to follow the principle of improving post competence and achieving " zero distance" docking,this paper investigated the demand of rehabilitation talents in medical institutions at all levels in Zhejiang Province. The survey showed that there was a big gap between the training of professional talents and the demand. The industry suggested that professional education should develop to a higher level,and pay attention to the cultivation of different directions in talent training. The undergraduate professional course system of " platform + post direction" should be constructed to consolidate the knowledge of basic professional disciplines,strengthen the cultivation of students’ professional quality,and continue to explore new ideas and new schemes of teaching reform.
