摘 要:目的:探讨以临床观察、教学、病例讨论、行动为中心的改良OTD教学法在康复治疗学实习教学中的应用效果。方法:130名康复治疗学专业实习生被分为传统教学组(63名)和改良OTD教学组(67名),分别采用传统教学法和改良OTD教学法,通过理论、实践考试成绩以及问卷调查分别对两种教学法进行评价。结果:改良OTD组实习生理论成绩(84.45±3.70)、实践成绩(86.91±2.84)和总成绩(171.36±4.53)均明显高于传统组(分别为81.73±5.02,85.14±2.15,166.87±4.51),对教学的满意度更高。结论:改良OTD教学法能明显提高康复治疗学专业实习生的学习成绩和对教学的满意度。[Objective]To evaluate the effect of improved OTD(observation-teaching-discussion)teaching in the clinical internship of rehabilitation therapy.[Method]130 students majoring in rehabilitation therapy were divided into two groups with routine teaching group(63 students)and improved OTD teaching group(67students).The teaching effect was evaluated by exam score and questionnaire.[Result]The theoretical,practical and total scores of the improved OTD teaching group were all significantly higher than those of the traditional teaching group(84.45±3.70 vs 81.73±5.02,86.91±2.84 vs 85.14±2.15,171.36±4.53 vs 166.87±4.51),as well as the teaching satisfaction.[Conclusion]The improved OTD teaching method can significantly improve the academic performance and satisfaction of teaching internships of rehabilitation therapy.
