摘  要:高重合度摆线内齿轮副作为一种新型传动形式,目前尚无一整套成熟的与之匹配的结构设计和性能分析理论与方法。基于加载接触有限元分析原理,给出了仿真分析的关键技术和前处理方法,利用Python编程对ABAQUS进行二次开发,实现了参数化建模分析、自动化操作过程和快速化收敛设置,并通过与单轮齿对啮合作用力和赫兹接触应力解析计算值的比较,验证了仿真分析的正确性和有效性。在此基础上,分析了齿数和模数、齿顶高系数、摩擦系数、作用载荷等主要因素对啮合特性参数的影响规律,研究了节点附近不参与啮合的齿廓修形区域优化问题以及含加工、安装误差的时变啮合特性,为该齿轮副的结构设计、性能预测和误差控制提供重要依据和参考。研究表明,该齿轮副对精度要求很高,误差范围控制在微米级为宜,且承载能力直接受限于齿面接触强度。For the newly proposed cycloid internal gear pair with high contact ratio, there is neither applicable theory to design its structure nor proper method to analyze its performance. The key technologies and pretreatment methods of simulation analysis are presented on the basis of loaded contact finite element analysis principle. By Python programming, the secondary development of ABAQUS is carried out and the parametric modeling analysis, automatic operation process and fast convergence settings are realized. Then, the correctness and the effectiveness of the simulation analysis are verified by comparing the simulation results of a couple of gear meshing force and Hertzian contact stress for teeth with the analytical calculation values of those. After this, the influence law is analyzed, about how the engaging characteristic parameters are influenced by the following factors: the number of the gear teeth, the modulus of gear, the top height coefficient of the gear teeth, the friction coefficient and the about load. Then, the paper focuses on the area optimization of the modified tooth profile that is out of mesh near the nodes and on the time-varying meshing characteristics, including effects of the errors during processing and installation. This research is of important basis and reference for the structure design, performance prediction and error control of the gear pair. However, the gear pair studied here requires high precision and the error range should be controlled within micron level. Besides, the load-carrying capacity is limited by the contact strength of the tooth surface.
