摘　　要：目的探讨游戏疗法对注意缺陷多动障碍儿童干预效果的影响。方法选取南通市妇幼保健院儿童保健科就诊的注意缺陷多动障碍儿童92例为研究对象,随机分为干预组(48例)和对照组(44例),对照组进行常规干预(学校教育、常规咨询及家庭辅导),干预组在常规干预基础上加游戏疗法,干预3月后通过IVA-CPT和Conners父母问卷评定,观察游戏疗法对注意缺陷多动障碍儿童的干预效果。结果实施游戏疗法后干预组IVA-CPT的注意力商数、警醒商数及集中商数值均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);Conners量表各因子分均降低,冲动-多动、焦虑及多动指数3个因子得分显著改善,品行问题、学习问题两个因子得分也有下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论游戏疗法内容丰富,操作简便。本次研究选择音乐刺激,让注意缺陷多动障碍儿童获得愉悦感受,缓解了不良情绪,有效减少了心理行为问题的发生,促进儿童身心健康发展。Objective To explore the effect of play therapy on intervention in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.Methods Choose nantong health care of women and children health care division of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder children 92 cases as the research object,and randomly divided into intervention group(48 cases)and control group(44 cases),control group routine intervention(school education consulting family guidance),intervention group in conventional intervention based on music games,intervention 136 months through IVA CPT and Conners parents evaluation questionnaire,observation of play therapy intervention effect of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder children.Results The concentration quotient of iva-cpt in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of impulsive-hyperactivity anxiety and hyperactivity index were significantly improved,and the scores of the two factors of moral problems and learning problems were also decreased,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The content of game therapy is rich.In this study,music stimulation was selected to make children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder feel happy,relieve bad emotions,effectively reduce the occurrence of psychological and behavioral problems,and promote the physical and mental health development of children.
