摘 要:随着我国居民财富的持续积累,高净值人群的财富增长较快,财务管理业务增长强劲,受到国内金融机构的青睐,纷纷开启财富管理转型。在行业竞争加剧及监管趋严的态势下,如何实现财富管理业务转型,是国内券商面临的战略难题。文章基于国内券商业务发展面临的现实困境,分析了券商向财富管理业务转型的机遇与挑战,提出了“一个中心、二个要素、三个主体、四个体系”的国内券商财富管理转型的个人见解和思路。With the continuous accumulation of wealth of Chinese residents,the wealth of high net worth individuals is growing rapidly and the fi nancial management business is growing strongly,which is favored by domestic fi nancial institutions and the commercial banks have started the transformation of wealth management one after another.Under the situation of intensifi ed industry competition and stricter supervision,how to realize the transformation of wealth management business is a strategic problem faced by domestic securities companies.Based on the practical diffi culties faced by the development of domestic securities business,this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges of the transformation of domestic securities business to wealth management business,and puts forward the personal opinions and thoughts of the transformation of wealth management of domestic securities business with"one center,two elements,three subjects and four systems".
