摘　　要：发酵功能性膳食纤维饲料是将纤维原料经微生物发酵后制成的一类纤维饲料。经微生物发酵后,可降低或去除饲料原料中的多种抗营养因子,并提高原料的营养价值和饲料利用率,最终达到改善动物肠道健康、促进动物生长发育、提高动物生产性能的效果。文章主要从发酵功能性纤维饲料的营养特性及在动物生产中的应用进展进行阐述。Fermented functional dietary fiber feed is a kind of fiber feed made from microbial fermentation of fiber raw materials.Microbial fermentation can reduce or remove multiple anti-nutritional factors of feed ingredients,and improve the nutritional value of raw materials and feed utilization,thusimproving the intestinal health of animals and promotingtheir growth and developmentand furtherimprovingthe performance of animal production.The article mainly describes the nutritional characteristics of fermented functional fiber feed and its application in animal production.
