退役复学大学生兵适应期教育对策研究

摘　　要：大学生兵退役复学后面临着生活规律、人际关系、功课衔接和管理模式等诸多方面不适应,表现出情绪焦躁、思想迷茫等适应性困难的状态。通过分析退役复学大学生兵存在的不适应状况,提出相应工作措施,运用理想信念教育、职业生涯规划、心理健康教育等思想政治教育方法,使他们明确人生目标、实现角色转变、完成个人自我成长,帮助退役复学大学生兵重新适应校园环境,尽快融入学校生活,引导他们树立目标、克服困难。After returning to school,retired college students are faced with many maladjustment problems in many aspects,such as the changes of daily routine,interpersonal relationship,learning connection and management mode,and have some adaption difficulties such as anxiety,confusion,etc.Based on the analysis of these maladjustment problems of these retired college students,this paper puts forward some corresponding work measures,and uses the ideological and political education methods,such as ideal and belief education,career planning,mental health education,etc.to help them establish their life goals,realize role change,and achieve self-development,so as to help these retired college students quickly adapt to school life environment,integrate into school life as soon as possible,set goals,and overcome difficulties as soon as possible.
