摘　　要：通过查阅现有文献,依次分析了美军、俄军、英军等研究生培养情况,总结外国军队针对研究生的人才培养总体情况和特点;根据实际教学经历,提出我军目前硕士研究生培养方式存在的问题;基于外国军队人才培养战略,结合我军现有硕士研究生培养的实际情况,提出针对硕士研究生实践能力提高的几点思考,尤其对我军理工科硕士生,可加强实际部队训练,毕业条件强调计划性与灵活性相结合。同时,在理工科研究生教育课程中重视引入思政教育。In this paper,through consulting the existing literature,we analyze the situation of graduate education in the U.S.military,Russian military,British military and other countries,and summarize the overall situation and characteristics of graduate education in foreign military.Then,according to the actual teaching experience,the paper puts forward the problems existing in the current training model of military postgraduate.Finally,based on the foreign military talent training strategies,and combined with the actual situation of our army’s current postgraduate training,this paper puts forward some thoughts on improving the practical ability of postgraduate students.For our military science and engineering postgraduate students,we can strengthen the practical army training,and emphasize the combination of planning and flexibility in graduation conditions.At the same time,we should also introduce ideological and political education in science and engineering graduate education.
