舒肝解郁胶囊联合阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂伴发抑郁症状的效果及对血清总超氧化物歧化酶的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨舒肝解郁胶囊联合阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂伴发抑郁症状的效果及对血清总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)的影响。方法选取2020年2—12月广州市民政局精神病院收治的80例精神分裂症伴发抑郁症状患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组(40例)与对照组(40例)。对照组采用阿立哌唑治疗方法,研究组采用舒肝解郁胶囊联合阿立哌唑治疗方法。比较两组的临床疗效、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、T-SOD水平。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组的HAMD评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组的HAMD评分低于治疗前,且研究组的HAMD评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组的血清T-SOD水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组的T-SOD水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后的T-SOD水平高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而对照组治疗前后的T-SOD水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用舒肝解郁胶囊治疗精神分裂症伴发抑郁症状疗效显著,可改善患者抑郁症状,并有助于提高T-SOD水平。Objective To explore the effect of Shugan Jieyu Capsules combined with Aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia with depressive symptoms and its influence on serum total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD).Methods A total of 80 schizophrenic patients with depressive symptoms admitted to the Guangzhou Civil Affairs Bureau Mental Hospital from February to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to random number table method,they were divided into study group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases).The control group was treated with Aripiprazole,and the research group was treated with Shugan Jieyu Capsules combined with Aripiprazole.Clinical efficacy,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score and T-SOD level were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in HAMD scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the HAMD score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the HAMD score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum T-SOD level between the two groups(P>0.05).The level of T-SOD in the study group was higher than that in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of T-SOD in the study group after treatment was higher than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in the level of T-SOD in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Shugan Jieyu Capsules are effective in the treatment of schizophrenia accompanied by depressive symptoms,which can improve the depressive symptoms of patients,and help to improve the level of T-SOD.
