摘　　要：目的探讨神经导航技术在神经外科规陪医师解剖教学中的应用效果。方法选取内蒙古自治区人民医院神经外科2016年1月—2020年1月接收的50名神经外科规陪医师作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(25例)与对照组(25例)。对照组采用常规教学方法,观察组采用神经导航技术联合教学法,比较两组的考核成绩。结果观察组的考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经导航技术在临床实践中已经不可忽视,临床医师应当学习正确地应用该技术,准确理解,熟练操作,借助神经导航技术教学提高人才培养质量,普及神经导航技术,发挥神经导航技术在神经外科临床的重要优势。Objective To explore the application effect of neuronavigation technology in anatomy teaching of neurosurgery.Methods A total of 50 neurosurgeons in the Department of Neurosurgery of the People′s Hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from January 2016 to January 2020 were selected as the observation objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group(25 cases)and the control group(25 cases).In the control group,the routine teaching method was used,the observation group adopted neuronavigation technique combined teaching method,the results of the two groups were compared.Results The score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Neuronavigation technology in clinical practice can not be ignored,clinicians should learn to correctly apply the technology,accurately understand,skilled operation,with the help of neuronavigation technology teaching to improve the quality of personnel training,popularize neuronavigation technology,play the important advantages of neuronavigation technology in neurosurgery clinical.
