综合护理模式在玻璃体腔内注射雷珠单抗联合氩激光治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理模式在玻璃体腔内注射雷珠单抗(IVR)联合氩激光治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿(DME)中的应用。方法选取2019年1-12月大连市第三人民医院收治的64例IVR联合氩激光治疗的DME患者作为研究对象,按照随机信封法分为参照组(32例)与研究组(32例)。参照组采用常规护理,研究组采用综合护理。比较两组的眼部检查指标、并发症发生率、护理满意度评分。结果研究组护理后的黄斑中心凹厚度(CRT)低于参照组,最佳矫正视力(BCVA)高于参照组,护理满意度评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的并发症总发生率(2.33%)低于参照组(16.29%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在IVR联合氩激光治疗DME,予以患者综合护理,能改善眼部指标,提升满意度,降低并发症发生,建议推广使用。Objective To explore the application of comprehensive nursing model in intravitreal injection of Ranibizumab(IVR)combined with argon laser in the treatment of diabetic macular edema(DME).Methods Sixty-four patients with DME who underwent IVR combined with argon laser treatment,who were admitted to Dalian Third People′s Hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the reference group(32 cases)and the study group(32 cases)according to the random envelope method.Example,the reference group adopts conventional nursing,and the study group adopts comprehensive nursing.The eye examination indicators,complication rate,and nursing satisfaction scores of the two groups were compared.Results FOVEA thickness of macula(CRT)after nursing in the study group was lower than that of the reference group,best corrected vision(BCVA)was higher than that of the reference group,and the nursing satisfaction score was higher than that of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total complication rate of the study group(2.33%)was lower than that in the reference group(16.29%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of DME with IVR combined with argon laser,comprehensive care of patients can improve eye indicators,increase satisfaction,and reduce complications.It is recommended to promote the use.
