摘 要:当前高校职业素养教育存在重知识技能轻职业道德、重课堂讲授轻社会实践、重就业数量轻职业规划的典型问题,高校要坚持“终身发展”的教育理念,将职业素养发展为有效竞争力;积极利用校企联动优势,构建职业素养教育的协同育人模式;发挥家校联合的独特作用,营造职业素养培育的良性环境。This paper points out that there are some typical problems in current professional quality education in colleges and universities,such as paying more attention to knowledge and skills than professional ethics,paying more attention to classroom teaching than social practice,and paying more attention to the number of employment than career planning.It proposes that colleges and universities should adhere to the educational concept of lifelong development to develop professional quality into effective competitiveness,make use of the advantages of school-enterprise cooperation to build a collaborative education model,and give full play to the role of family-school cooperation to create a benign environment for cultivating professional quality.
