摘　　要：目的探究在老年便秘患者中应用中频电治疗仪联合促动力药物的治疗效果。方法选取2018年11月至2019年12月天津市民政局老年病医院收治的100例老年便秘患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和试验组,各50例。对照组给予常规促动力药物治疗,试验组在对照组基础上增加中频电治疗仪,比较两组治疗效果和满意度。结果试验组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年便秘患者中应用中频电治疗仪联合促动力药物的疗效显著,且患者的满意度较高。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of medium frequency electric therapy instrument combined with motility drugs in elderly patients with constipation.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with constipation admitted to the Geriatric Hospital Tianjin Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau from November 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine motility drug therapy,on the basis of control group,medium frequency electric therapy instrument was added in experimental group,the curative effect and satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the elderly patients with constipation,the application of medium frequency electric therapy instrument combined with motility drugs has a significant effect,and the satisfaction of patients is higher.
