摘 要:目的分析急诊科医护人员工作压力源因素分析及管理对策。方法该文研究对象为18名急诊科医护人员,研究时间为2019年1月—2020年12月期间。研究期间将纳入人员随机分组为对照组9名(实施常规管理)、观察组9名(实施全程管理)。比较两组医护人员的职业倦怠感评分、管理效果评分、管理模式评分差异,以对照组职业倦怠感评分结果为样本Logistic分析医护人员工作压力源因素相关性。结果观察组急诊科医护人员职业倦怠感评分(15.23±1.15)分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组急诊科医护人员管理效果评分(91.15±1.26)分、管理模式评分(92.45±1.27)分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Logistic分析对照组医护人员职业倦怠感评分结果中各维度评分结果后可知情感耗竭、个人无效感、去人格化评分均可正向预测急诊科医护人员工作压力情况(P<0.05)。结论通过分析急诊科医护人员工作压力源因素后,再实施全程管理,取得显著效果,值得研究。Objective To analyze the work stressor factors and management countermeasures of medical staff in emergency department.Methods The object of this study was 18 cases medical staff in the emergency department.The study time was from January 2019 to December 2020.During the study period,the included personnel were randomly divided into 9 cases in the control group(implementing routine management)and 9 cases in the observation group(implementing full management).The differences in burnout scores,management effect scores,and management mode scores of the two groups of medical staff were compared,and the results of burnout scores in the control group were used as samples to analyze the correlation between medical staff’s job stressor factors by Logistic model.Results The score of occupational burnout(15.23±1.15)points of emergency medical staff in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management effect score(91.15±1.26)points and management mode score(92.45±1.27)points of the emergency department of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the occupation of the control group was analyzed by Logistic after the scores of each dimension in the burnout score results,it could be seen that emotional exhaustion,personal inefficiency,and depersonalization scores could positively predict the work pressure of emergency medical staff(P<0.05).Conclusion After analyzing the work stressor factors of emergency medical staff,implement the whole process management and achieve significant results,which is worthy of study.
