摘  要:目的研究住院医师规范化培训(住培)学员的专业态度与临床能力的关系。方法对2019年9—11月某住培基地2017级、2018级168名学员进行问卷调查,其中单位人身份92名,非单位人身份76名,住培学员的专业态度从认知、情感和行为3个方面判断,临床能力从专业发展能力、临床实践能力和沟通与合作能力3个方面判断。结果住培学员的专业态度与临床能力有显著的相关性;表明态度好的的住培学员,临床能力也较高,反之,具有较高临床能力的住培学员,专业态度更好。结论住院医师规范化培训应根据学员身份的不同因材施教,同时加强思想教育,提高医学素养,培养出色的住院医师。Objective To study the relationship between professional attitude and clinical ability of standardized training of residents students.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 168 students from the Grade 2017 and 2018 of a residential training base from September to November 2019.Among them,92 were in unit status and 76 were in non-unit status.The professional attitude of the students in residential training was judged from the three aspects of cognition,emotion and behavior.Clinical ability was judged from three aspects:professional development ability,clinical practice ability and communication and cooperation ability.Results There is a significant correlation between the professional attitude and clinical ability of the live training students;it is indicated that the live training students with good attitude have higher clinical ability.On the contrary,the live training students with higher clinical ability have better professional attitudes.Conclusion The standardized training of resident doctors should be taught according to the different aptitudes of the trainees,and at the same time strengthen ideological education,improve medical literacy,and train outstanding resident doctors.
