摘　　要：目的建立HPLC方法测定复方大红袍止血胶囊中没食子酸的含量。方法采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm);流动相为甲醇-0.05%磷酸溶液(5∶95);流速1.0 ml/min;检测波长272 nm;进样量10μl;柱温30℃。结果本方法进样量在1.832~27.485μg/ml范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r^(2)=1.0000);平均加样回收率(n=6)为96.58%(RSD=1.42%);采用外标法计算10批样品中的没食子酸含量测定结果为0.28~0.35 mg/粒。结论HPLC法简便可行,结果准确可靠,重复性好,可用于复方大红袍止血胶囊的质量控制。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of gallic acid in compound dahongpao zhixue capsules.Methods Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm)was used;The mobile phase is methanol-0.05%phosphoric acid solution(5:95);the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min;the detection wavelength was 272 nm;the injection volume was 10μl;the column temperature was 30℃.Results The sample injection volume of this method showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 1.832~27.485μg/ml(r^(2)=1.0000);the average sample recovery(n=6)was 96.58%(RSD=1.42%);The external standard method was used to calculate the gallic acid content in 10 batches of samples and the results were 0.28~0.35 mg/grain.Conclusion HPLC method is simple,feasible,accurate,reliable,and reproducible.It can be used for the quality control of compounddahongpao zhixue capsules.
